The Project

The first stage of the Tumut Pool redevelopment is complete, the new building opened to the public on 17 November 2020. This valuable new asset includes an entry area, office, canteen, toilets, showers, change rooms and a best practice state of the art accessibility facilities. The Richmond Street carpark has been resealed and an accessibility path leads from the carpark to the main entrance. A modern black fence complements the front entry and will be installed around the entire boundary in the new year.

Funding of $1,008,000 was allocated from the NSW Government’s Major Projects Infrastructure Fund.
