Our Infrastructure - major improvement projects
Snowy Valleys Council is proud to be delivering over $646,000 in Government funded infrastructure and improvement projects for the community of Khancoban.

After purchasing the store, Council completed refurbishments and to the delight of Khancoban residents and visitors new business trading as Pickled Parrot Providore opened it's doors in March 2021.
Public Wi-Fi access within the town centre was installed in June 2021. Work included negotiating power pole lease agreements with energy providers, commissioning and installation of NBN lines, and the purchase and installation of electrical equipment.
