Council to undertake Service Level Review Project

Defining future levels of service and engaging with the community regarding expectations and parameters are key objectives as Council launches into its Service Level Review project.

Council’s General Manager Matthew Hyde said the services that Council delivers to, and for the community are provided within limited resources and it was important to ensure efficiencies to safeguard a financially sustainable future.
