Draft Development Control Plan

Community members are invited to comment on the Draft SVC Development Control Plan

Council has recognised a need to provide a consistent approach to the assessment of development proposals across the SVC region.

The creation of a single Development Control Plan will provide more detailed controls for development, identify the preferred future direction for development design and assist with preparation of development proposals within the Snowy Valleys Council area.
