Council collects, stores and uses a broad range of information in the course of doing business and a significant part of that information is personal information. The Draft Privacy Management Plan outlines how Council will collect, store, use and destroy personal information and incorporate the Information Protection Principles into our everyday functions.
We invite you to have your say on our draft policyusing the feedback form below:
Written submissions may be attached to the public report that is submitted to Council, unless you explicitly request you do not wish this to occur. They are subject to the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 and the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act (PIPPA).
