Draft Asset Management Plans
Snowy Valleys Council has prepared its first DRAFT Asset Management Plans (AMPs) to help guide the sustainable management of community assets. Council has over $1Billion worth of assets and the AMPs outline how these assets are maintained, renewed, and funded to remain safe and functional.
These plans are intended to evolve, becoming more accurate and comprehensive as improved data, enhanced systems, and ongoing community input guide their refinement. While every effort has been made to prepare the documents with available data, some information and assumptions will be refined as further analysis is undertaken.
The draft AMPs are being placed on public exhibition to invite community feedback, which will help Council confirm priorities.
