A new community survey is set to gauge community satisfaction with Snowy Valleys Council’s services and facilities.

Independent researcher Taverner Research Group will conduct the survey on behalf of Council from 22 April to mid May 2024.

Phone Survey

Approximately 400 residents will be randomly selected to take part in the phone survey.

Locals should watch out for the phone number 02 9194 0715 if they would like to be involved and have their opinions heard.

Online Survey

Residents can also independently take the online survey to provide feedback to council via the link below

Online CSS survey


Results from the survey will be benchmarked against results obtained from previous Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

The survey results are used to inform and improve operational decision making as well as to meet reporting obligations as part of Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting framework.

Council’s most recent Community Satisfaction Survey was conducted in 2021. Results of this year’s survey are expected to be available in June/July 2024.
