Consultation has concluded

29 July - 4 August 2019

The theme for 2019 is Your Council.

Your Council is so much more than simply roads, rates and rubbish. As Your Council we also manage childcare centres, libraries, cemeteries, sports fields and pools and provide the vital — though sometimes unglamorous — services like sewerage, water treatment, weed control and pet registrations, that keep our communities, villages, and towns running.

Your Council also advocates on behalf of our communities for funding and infrastructure that will benefit for the long term, and we work closely with community groups and others in a positive and collaborative way to help deliver the best outcomes for the people of the Snowy Valleys.
